InDesign CC 2015 Server errors in log

Hello,

We are running InDesign CC 2015 Server on a Mac Server and while it is creating PDFs it is taking up to 40 seconds before it continues. We are seeing these errors in the log:

Cannot find Interface for Implementation kStringDataImpl in Class kLinkResourceBoss.

DocUIDValidator::Validate -- RIDX contains invalid target!

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
