InDesign CC 2022 won't save to network

I just updated my OS to Big Sur v11.6.4 and my InDesign to CC 17.1.

When I try to "save" or "save as" to the network I get this error.....

"InDesign is unable to save this file. We tried, but it appears to be damaged."

It then will save a copy of the file to the network, but when I try to open that file I get this error....

"This file is already open by another user or another application. This file may be stored on a network server and cannot be opened until the other user closes it." - please note, I can guarantee no other user actually has the file open.

When I get info on that file vs. other files on the servers, the only difference is the sharing and permissions at the bottom, but our IT dept. says it's not a backend permissions problem.

Screenshots attached.

Has anyone else dealt with this?

This is happening with both converted from older versions of INDD and to brand-new files.

I can save the file to my desktop, then drag it to the server and it's fine.
