Indesign CC 2025 freezes at startup "Executing startup services.

When I open InDesign, it gets stuck on "Executing startup services" indefinitely. I have to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to close the program, then sign out of my account and sign back into Adobe CC before I can reopen InDesign. However, if I close the program again, I have to repeat the sign-out and sign-in process every time—it doesn’t work permanently after just one fix.
