Is it possible to install InDesign CC-Server-Version November 2018 (14.0) on Windows Server 2019?

I have the previous version of InDesign Server running fine on 2019, will be trying version 14 soon but I don't expect any issues.

The release notes do not mention this version of Windows Server

You can try installing, if the system requirements are not met it should not allow the installation to proceed.
