Indesign CC You Tube Video

I am trying to import <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-u8JqOkzC8A?showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> to a Indesign file to be used for Digital Publishing.

I am getting the following error

"Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats"

System Info:

MAC PRO 2009 Mid 32 GB 1066 DDS3

Radeon RX 580

High Sierra 10.13.4

How can I fix this issue.

Can I convert a You Tube to a different format?

Sincerely appreciate your help and expertise.

Open the epub preview panel and preview it there. Does it work?

Just paste the code but be aware that iframes are no supported on all devices and outputs. iBooks doesn't allow it so you're going to need to give us a lot more info on what you're trying to do.
