Indesign CC2018 keeps on crashing minutes after launch

Please can somebody help me... Indesign keeps crashing - I have deleted the preferences file and the saved data file, installed the bug fix - but nothing seems to be working... I also uninstalled it and reinstalled it... desperate to get to work. I've read that people are installed 2017 to get over the problem but thats crazy - we pay alot of money to have the programmes and they should just work...

Did you do your uninstall and reinstall through the desktop app? After you ran the uninstall did you use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool found here: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ? If you did those things and you're still having the problem then you should contact Adobe Customer support. They will be more able to check your system with diagnostics than the user to user forum.
