Indesign CC2020 crashing after opening 120page file on macOS Catalina

Good day, I have been experiencing this problem for the past 2 days.
My file was working perfectly fine on Indesign 2018, then after updating, it opened in 2020, I worked on said file for 1 day and now I can not open it. It opens the file, but 5-10 seconds crashes and then sends error report.
I have a deadline to complete and I can not even open this file to save as a IDML...I am stuck.
Is there a way for adobe to help me recover my file, even if they canb get it to save as a IDML.
it is a relativley large file, 655.7MB
I tried opening it with InDesign2018 again, it starts converting but then stops at 38%.
I am working on a iMac, macOS Catalina, 10.15.5
21.5inch, Core i5, 16BG Ram

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Looks like the file got corrupt/damaged. There are multiple factors that can lead to file corruption, however, we can take a look and see if the file can be repaired. Please email your file to idfile@adobe.com & we will take a look at the file.

I must also inform you that file recovery can't be guaranteed with a 100% success. We'll surely try our best.

Regards,

Ashutosh
