We are again encountering an InDesign corruption issue. This time, we are using Adobe InDesign CC 25, and while making corrections, the file became corrupted.
I have tried the following methods:
Saving the file – not possible.
Converting the file to IDML format – the application quits unexpectedly.
Moving pages to a new document – the file still quits.
Finally, I identified the issue with the F-Master page, but I am unsure how to delete it. Attempting to delete the master page causes the file to quit automatically.
Could you please suggest a safe method to remove this corrupted master page?
-Do you ever have the same problem when copying any non-InDesign files?
Also, as far as I understand, the copying problem doesn't actually involve InDesign. The file becomes corrupted while being copied by the Finder, as a result of which InDesign can crash on an attempt to open such a corrupted file. Is that correct?

OK, then this issue is not related to InDesign in any way.
You also didn't mention what kind of server you're using.
To solve this issue, you need to contact your server manufacturer (or whoever is providing its support), or your IT department, or/and Apple support or user forums. But your InDesign installation doesn't seem to have anything to do with this problem.
Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind confirming the exact version of InDesign, and if you see this behavior only when working from an external drive/server, so we can better assist you?
Thanks for sharing the information. Is it possible for you to update InDesign to the current version, i.e 20.5? If yes, would you mind updating and let us know if the issue persist?
