InDesign cloud documents not accessible and unable to save files to Adobe Cloud from desktop app

I have not been able to save files from my computer to the Adobe account. Can someone help me trouble shoot please

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and I’m really sorry you’ve been experiencing this issue.

    Could you please confirm if the issue is still happening on your end or if it has been resolved? If you’re still facing it, it would help to know whether this is only happening with your Adobe InDesign files on the cloud, or if you’re seeing the same behavior with other Creative Cloud files as well, such as those from Adobe Illustrator (.aic).

     

    Please share an update when you can so we can assist you further.

    Do I understand correctly that it happens when you attempt to save an InDesign document as a ‘cloud document’ (.inddc)?
