InDesign cloud documents not accessible and unable to save files to Adobe Cloud from desktop app

I have not been able to save files from my computer to the Adobe account. Can someone help me trouble shoot please

Could you please confirm if the issue is still happening on your end or if it has been resolved? If you’re still facing it, it would help to know whether this is only happening with your Adobe InDesign files on the cloud, or if you’re seeing the same behavior with other Creative Cloud files as well, such as those from Adobe Illustrator (.aic).

Please share an update when you can so we can assist you further.

Based on the error you were seeing, it looks like one or more required Adobe domains might have been blocked in your environment. You can refer to this list here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

I also checked the case details and noticed that your machine had a pending macOS update, and completing that update helped resolve the issue.
