indesign cloud file crashing

Today is the first time my indesign app keeps crashing everytime I open my cloud file. It worked fine yesterday, and now the file will crash the app.

@Kayla_Sidik8247, try saving the cloud file to your local system and then opening it. Still crashing? For optimal performance, it is recommended to save InDesign files locally rather than on network drives, clouds, or removable media. You can use the cloud storage to save backup copies.

I suppose you are talking about InDesign cloud document. Did you try resetting InDesign preferences?
