InDesign Cloud File Downloads as 0 KB and Won't Open

It opened fine yesterday, I shut down the app. Then this morning, it just will not open,

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re running into this. Could you please confirm the exact version of InDesign you’re using along with your OS details? Since the file was saved from Adobe Files, could you check if it is still available here: https://www.adobe.com/files. If it is, try signing out and back into Creative Cloud, then re-download the file and open it in the InDesign desktop app to see if that helps.

    You can also try reverting the document to an earlier version from Creative Cloud and then download it again to check if that version opens locally. You can follow the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/view-manage-versions.html
