InDesign color panel sliders disappeared

I'm using InDesign v20.0.1, and all of a sudden I no longer have sliders in my color panel. RGB, CMYK, HSB, nothing. Very annoying. Anyone else experience this, and did you figure out how to fix it?

Reset the preferences, either by using this button

or quit InDesign and relaunch it while holding down the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys [Windows], Shift, Ctrl, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you see a warning message asking for confirmation.
