Indesign converting to Word, table of content looks weird

When I convert my document from Indesign to Word, the table of content looks strange. Please help.

InDesign to Word? That's like putting an egg back in its shell after making an omelet.

It's best to create a new ToC based on your heading styles in InDesign so you can update when changes are made. See this help page for details:
