InDesign 'Couldn’t Create Link' Error When Generating Review Link

This seems to be a new problem, but I can’t seem to generate review links anymore. At first i thought it was one document in particular, but nothing I did could get it to work. It just says “Couldn’t create link. Try again later.”

I’ve signed in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated the program, saved it as a new document, I even exported the whole thing as JPEGS and placed over a hundred pages by hand. I had someone else try and they could not generate the link either.

    Thanks for sharing all these details and sorry to hear that you experience this issue. 

    To help me look into this further, could you please confirm your exact InDesign version and OS details? Also, please try saving the affected file as an IDML file, then open that IDML and resave it as a new INDD file with a different name, and check if you’re able to generate the review link from that file.
