InDesign Crashes After Renaming Objects in Local Library Objects

To whom it may concern:InDesign Crashes After Renaming Objects in Local LibraryIf the "Object Name" field of an object in a local InDesign Object Library is modified and the dialog is closed by pressing the Enter key (OK), InDesign may occasionally crash.Solution: This issue can be avoided by not confirming the change with the Enter key. Instead, click the OK button with the mouse to close the dialog. When the change is confirmed this way, InDesign does not crash.InDesign stürzt nach Ändern des Objektnamens von lokalen Bibliothek-Objekten ab Lösung: Wird das Feld "Objektname" eines Objekts in einer loaklen InDesign-Objektbibliothek geändert und das Fenster durch drücken der Eingabetaste – OK – geschlossen, stürzt InDesign manchmal ab. Wird die Änderung NICHT mit der Eingabetaste bestätigt, sontern der OK-Button mit der Maus angeklickt, kann das vermieden werden und InDesign stürzt nicht ab.

Sorry to hear that InDesign occasionally crashes when pressing Enter to confirm an object name change in a local Object Library.Could you please confirm your InDesign version and operating system? Also, does this happen with all Object Libraries or only a specific .indlfile?To help isolate the issue, could you try creating a new Object Library via File > New > Library, adding a simple object, and renaming it using the Enter key to check whether the crash occurs?In the meantime, please continue using the OK button as a workaround.If the crash occurs again, please submit the Adobe Crash Reporter with your email address and a description of the issue. You can then share the email address with me via DM so I can look into the crash logs.
