Indesign crashes on launch and when previewing pages

Indesign crashes on my PC now all of the time.
Weeks ago I could start at least every tenth time I tried, now I cannot open the app anymore no matter what I do. I keep on sending crash reports to adobe but there is no help in sight.
I have to finish a project urgently so this is a nightmare.
I already tried all the hints from the website, now I need real help.
I do not now what parts of the crash report are most telling but here is the first part.
Any idea anyone?

Hi Eugene,
I am using a Thinkpad P15. The docking station is a lenovo Thunderbolt dock. Charger is a lenovo 230W.

Please see more specs below.

Since I opened Indesign days ago I did not shut down as I do not know what time it will take me to get the app running again.
So I could not test if it is a power/charger problem or maybe a device connected via dock/USB (Wacom tablet, Printer, Screen...).

I will try and test the next time I can shut down my PC.

But maybe you can already draw conclusions from this.

Prozessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installierter RAM 32,0 GB (31,7 GB verwendbar)
Systemtyp 64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter Prozessor
Win 10 Pro

Hi @christianw81698368 ,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try that and if that doesn't help, please collect system logs and add the file to a shared location and share the link with me through DM by clicking on my name. You can also try the suggestions shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/crash-on-launch.html

You say you have tried all the hints from the website - but you haven't specifically said what you have tried.

Here's a few things you can try

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
Further info and instructions here if needed:

----

If a document is not behaving well then try

File>Export

Choose IDML

Open the IDML in InDesign
Save the file as a new InDesign file with a new name
See if the issue persists.

----

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

----

Rollback to a previous InDeisgn version

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html#:~:text=Open%20the%20Creative%20Cloud%20desktop,down%20list%2C%20select%20Other%20Versions.

------

There is an update to InDesign that might be available
https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/release-notes.html#:~:text=InDesign%20version%2017.3%20release%20(May,previous%20releases%2C%20see%20Fixed%20issues.

Hi Eugene,

thank you for your reply and for answering. Close to midnight Indesign opened again.
I did not shut down my computer since then and will keep it this way until I reach the next step of the project.

So I will test your ideas when shutting down again.
I will let you within the next days!
