InDesign crashes on launch (crash report pasted in)

In Design crashes and won't open with this error message? I tried to export my document and it closed, but I can't reopen it with this error message. What can I do?

Hi @Mathias369809397xt1,

We are sorry to hear you're unable to launch InDesign. As our expert pointed out, update InDesign to the current version (19.4) from the Creative Cloud Desktop.

Rebonjour, I updated the version but it didn't change anything to the problem

I have a Windows 11 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz 2.69 GHz and 16, GO ram.

It always puts this message:

You are two updates behind for InDesign which is now at version 19.4.
