Just checking in to check how things are going? Were you able to resolve the issue, or are you still experiencing the same behavior?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing. To help us get to the bottom of this, could you please let me know which version of InDesign you're using and which version of Windows you’re on?

Also, is this crash happening only with one specific file, or does it occur with multiple documents? If there's a particular action that causes InDesign to crash, like opening, saving, switching tools, etc., please describe that as well.

When the crash happens, do you see the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog box pop up? If yes, please do submit the crash report through that dialog and include your email address in the submission. Once done, feel free to DM me the email you used so I can locate your logs and check them with the team.
