InDesign crashing all the time. OS sonoma 14..3.1

Adobe indesign 2024 is crashing all the time, also bridge. I've not really tried photoshop yet.

I followed instructions on a previous thread to delete adobe indesign preferences but nothing has changed.

Can anyone help? Is the problem with the mac OS or with adobe? Should i uniunstall the latest OS and go back to an older version?

First, try to update to the latest Sonoma, macOS 14.5.

If it doesn't help, try to revert to InDesign 19.3 (provided you're using 19.4) - it helped some users:
