InDesign Crashing On App Opening - Mac Ventura 13.2.1

I recently wiped my laptop and reinstalled all of my apps. Since that refresh, InDesign has been inconsistently opening. I will go to open it, the shortcut will start to jump, and the InDesign Loading page will open for about a second or 2 before crashing. The last process I can read is "Scanning for plugins" before it crashes. I have tried to reinstall the app, as well as go back a version if the bug is with the newest version, but neither got me progress. Whenever I reinstall, the app properly opens about once or twice before reverting to this issue afterwards. Let me know if theres any more info I can provide!

That is an old version of Ventura known to cause InDesign crashes. Update it.
