Please help me to reinstall the application or provide me a link to download InDesign CS5 again

What is your current operating system? It may be that you have upgraded past the point of compatibility and reinstalling CS5 will not solve the issue.

i have upgraded to High Sierra

You shouldn't have done that. Use your back up (you did back up the system first, right?) to roll back the system to your earlier operating system.

CS5 is not supported under High Sierra.
