InDesign CS6 only trial verson

Hello. We have a problem with InDesign CS6 a few days ago. Only the trial version will start. Of course, we tried logout and login, update, reinstall. We have purchased 7 Creative Cloud All aps licenses and CS6 is included - but licensing does not work on all PCs.

InDesign CS6 is an old version and may not be compatible running under modern operating systems. Probably best to install InDesign 2021, assuming you have the correct system specs.

Thanks, Derek. But we need all old version because of our customers. Three days ago everything was fine. CS6 is running and working OK, but only licensing does not work.

Try resetting the InDesign preferences, if that doesn't resolve the issue try uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign CS6, if that doesn't work use the Adobe Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
