Indesign document cut off when exporting to PDF (print)

Hi, every time I export my InDesign documents as a PDF (Print) the right side of the document is cut off by a white band which happens on all of the pages. I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this problem? This has only recently occurred when exporting my files and I have already tried uninstalling the InDesign app and downloading it again.

(Example of how the document looks like when exported as a PDF)

Yes, I did set up a bleed but nothing continues to work.

Export another PDF and this time turn on marks and bleed in the export dialog. Let's see what that screenshot looks like.

Also, take a screenshot of the InDesign layout.
