InDesign document stored on Cloud not accessible

Hi,

 

I worked on a document stored on Indesign Cloud to be able to share and sent it for commenting.

One day the sharing link stopped working with an Error message 404.

I followed the process here https://helpx.adobe.com/cz/indesign/kb/resolve-share-for-review.html and renamed the CoreSync folder in the Library. Since then I'm not even able to open the document since the synchronisation is broken completely.

Don't know how to proceed and retrieve the document.

By the pop-up window it is LocalContentSnycSuspened.

Can someone help?
