InDesign does not launch on macOS Ventura 13.2.1 after closing it

Dear Forum Members,
Problem: InDesign won't boot after it's closed. After the program has been uninstalled and reinstalled, the program will start normally. However, after shutting down and rebooting the same problem. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
(macOS Ventura 13.2.1)

Because that version of Ventura was bug-ridden and needs to be updated.
