indesign does not open recently saved file and yes the file 1 week ago

I was working on an InDesign file when suddenly the Indesgin locked and closed. When I reopened the file I lost all the work. Stayed only the last version saved 7 days ago.

The most curious thing is that the same problem happened in the backup that was saved minutes before the damage.

I'm a Mac user and the indesign version is CC 2017.

help!!!!!!!!!
