InDesign doesn't work!

Dear all,

I have subscribed on a 1.09 for CC and still haven't a chance to use InDesign.

Please help me to resolve the current situation:

I have installed InDesign properly and open it properly. When I press "Open" button, the picture of InDesign appears and I can see the text "loading tools" changing for "loading smth else" and so on, and then there appears a pop-up window saying "InDesign CC 2017 doesn't work"  and gives an opportunity to close it.

How to make it work?

    What happens if you go to Document > New? Can you post a screen shot of the message? What OS are you on?

    What is a 1.09?

    It sounds like InDesign was not installed properly. I would suggest removing it and then reinstalling it.

    I’m guessing it means September first.
