InDesign doesn't work after update of Windows 10 (KB4020821) and (KB4020102)

Since the Windows 10 updates (KB4020821) and (KB4020102) IdDesign doesn't work.

The mouse begins to flickern, no Keyboard input is possible and no menu item can be reached.

What version of InDesign? Have you tried trashing your preferences?

I'm having the same problem with Indesign 2017 (just updated) and the latest update of Windows 10. The mouse flickers and the wheel keeps spinning like it is loading in hyperdrive.
