Indesign doesn't work from with my shared server

Hi guys!

I'm a new CC 2020 user and I have some problem with Indesign. I work in a graphic design agency. We work with a shared server (with all our clients/projects files). When I try to open an Indesign file from the shared server, Indesign tells me that I can't open it because I don't have the permission (see attachment). But, when I put the same file on my desktop, I can open it without difficulty. It's not big issue, but in the long run, it can get confusing. How can I fix that? Also, my coworkers don't have this problem...

I also have another problem. Sometimes (i don't know why), I can open the file! But when I try to save it on my shared server, Indesign tells me that it can't be saved beacause the file is damaged (see attachment). Again, on my desktop, I don't have this problem.

Can you help me?

Thank you very much!

Vickie

Sounds like a server issue. I'd have a chat with the IT folks.

If it's a server issue, isn't strange that my coworkers don't have this problem too?

    Thanks

No, it's not and if your coworkers don't have the problem, it points to something locally on your machine.
