Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to what @Barb Binder has suggested, I'd request creating a new user account on your machine and see if InDesign has similar behavior there as well. Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to your response.

Hi,

Thanks for your help.

I've try ten open and quit on my admin user account,  no problem.

after i follow your instructions by create a new user account, it seems no problem too.

But on my (old)user account, the problem come after 2nd open/quit.

I'm a new user PC (before 25years on mac)  so if you can where i must look for the problem i thank you so much 😉

have a good night.

Try rebuilding preferences. Work through the whole post.

I try it rename, delete but the problem continues.

Sorry must continue in french :

en effet parfois en quittant il reste un processus en arrière plan indesign et quand je tente de relancer indeisgn 2 processus sont actif avant que l'un ne se finisse mais jamais Indesign ne se relance.

Si quelqu'un a une solution ?

uninstall indesign , install again ?
