Indesign - Estilo de objeto - Object Style

Hola comunidad. Muchas gracias!

Hello community. I have a question. I'm designing in InDesign. I created a text field to which I assigned an Object Style, and I want it to be in a specific position relative to the margin. It also has a character style. Well, when I modify the page margins and select the option to adjust, that text field is modified and becomes "small", meaning that the text box appears as "overflowing". If I enter the details of the object style, the measurements are correct, and if I enter the character style, too... can someone tell me why this happens then? Thank you very much!

@SoyCecilia

In your opening post you said that you are using Character Style - you should rather use Paragraph Style.

No, it won't affect location of the Anchored Frame - it was just a suggestion - that's why I've posted a screenshot from the ObjectStyle options.

@SoyCecilia

In the ObjectStyle you can hardcode its size and position:

And you should use ParaStyle not CharStyle to format your text.

When you say ParaStyle, is Paragraph Style?

If the answer is yes, I don´t have the opportunite to set the position of the text in the ParaStyle.

I set it in the object Style, but, when I modify the document (changing margens) the text is "overflowing". Instead the letter sizes is the original one.

Can you please share some screenshots - or can you share a sample file showing the issue so we can better understand and navigate you to the right answer.

Thanks

(P.s. - I think you posted in the wrong forum and it was moved here)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you very much for your response, I'm not sure if I understood your message correctly... I accessed the link you sent me, then went to the "InDesign" menu, searched if the question had already been asked, and because i don´t  founded it, I clicked on "Post to the community"... Did I do something wrong?
