InDesign.exe - Entry Point Not Found (InDesign CC 2019)

Just installed the new InDesign CC 2019 it was working fine but suddenly after the laptop restart I kept getting this 2 errors ever time I launch it.

I tried reinstall it but nothing changed.

HI,

I had similar issues in the past.

Can you confirm the version of your Operating System?

I my case, I had to uninstall Creative Cloud and all the Adobe related apps.

The I used a Creative Cloud Cleaner software (twice) that is supposed to scrub away all remaining lingering bits (like registry entries and other technical elements), then after a few reboots, I reinstalled it all and it worked ok.

I recommend that you contact Adobe Tech Support, they were great help with this process.

Hi Eric,

I'm working on Windows 10 Home Edition.

Still have the same problem after uninstalling the desktop app and all the applications, also I have downloaded Creative Cloud Cleaner and used it couple of time with a lot of restarts and nothing changed
