Indesign. Export von PDF funktioniert nicht, keine Fehlermeldung

When you mention you're using the latest version, do you mean the 20.2 version of InDesign or any other 2025 version? Could you also let me know which operating system you're working on?

Please confirm if this issue occurs with all files or just a specific one. If you haven’t already, try exporting a newly created test file and see if the same problem happens.

Also, could you let me know where exactly you're saving the PDF, like on your local system drive or a network/external location? 

Moreover, after the export process runs, does the background task clear out completely, and then you see the 0 KB file? You can check that under Window > Utilities > Background Tasks.

As our expert Willi also asked, it’d be helpful if you could share a bit about the file itself, like what kind of images or elements it contains. Looking forward to your update!
