InDesign Fails to Update on Windows 11 Version 21H1

I have Windows 11 21H1 version. InDesign cannot update. I know the problem. Will Adobe fix this problem? Because ş don't want to change my PC's settings.

You have to fix the problem. You're on a four-year-old version of Windows. Update it.
