Indesign file keeps crashing when attempting to open

Issue: When attempting to open the file, Indesign crashes.

Version: Adobe Indesign (64 bit), 14.0.2.324

What we have done so far to troubleshoot: Uninstalled and reinstalled application. Cleaned preferences and tried to open file as copy.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Not sure if this email works but it was suggested on a similar thread: How to open a corrupt/damaged Indesign file?

"Can you please share your file with us @ corrupt_indesign_docs@adobe.com ? If the file is large kindly upload it to some server and send us the link."

Is it just the one file that is an issue, or every InDesign file?

The problem is just with this file.
