Indesign file will not open

I have an .indd file that will not open in Indesign 2022. I have the latest version from the Creative Cloud and it is updated. It says it may be missing plugins, but I can't open it so I don't know which plugins. Help!

When it gives an error that the document may be missing plugins then it gives you two options Ok and Cancel. Clicking on Ok opens the document. See the screenshot, do you get a similiar dialog?
