Question

InDesign files not visible in Finder, only visible through Recently Opened

Today suddenly, I can't see InDesign files or PDF files created from the same on the Finder. They are invisible.

I can't see the docs if I go into InDesign, Open and try to find it; they don't show.

If I go to "Recent", it can open them, save them, reopen them. But these new files don't show up on the finder.

if I do "Save As", I can see the missing files in the folder. I was even able to move them, by mistake, into the DRAFTS folder. So the files are there but just invisible in most views.

If I got to Outlook or another app to try and attach the PDF, I can't see it.

I saved the PDF to the Desktop, and it is visible there.

NOTE: On the attachments, you see in the Save As greyed out version, the _Rev1 files show up but not in the regular view.

My setup:

Mac OSX 15.6 (Updated today after I experienced this issue hoping it would resolve)

MacBook Pro M4 Max

My files save on MSoft OneDrive and are synced to the Cloud. Perhaps is a OneDrive issue. No errors on OneDrive application.

Are the OneDrive files set to "Always Keep on this Device?"
