Indesign footnote error

Hello everyone, I have trouble when configurating the footnotes on my Indesign document. I don't have the option to start on every page, but I can't make de document don't start with number 1 of footnotes, in every single page. Anyone with the same issue? I assume the program is not properly working.

Hello George. I finally found a youtube video that solve the issue. I didn't have the paragraphs linked. Never thought of that. Thank you very much for your answer though!
