InDesign freezes

Do you have experience with  InDesign freezes in last few weeks? Two steps, and I need to shut down InDesign through    task manager...

Hi @natasa_4595,

 

Sorry to hear that InDesign has been freezing so often. Could you please confirm the version of InDesign and your Windows build? Also, let me know if this happens with all documents or only specific ones. Try manually resetting InDesign preferences and then relaunching the app to see if it improves. You can follow this guide for the steps: Reset InDesign preferences.

If the issue persists, please try running your system in Safe Mode to rule out any third-party interference. Ref: Start your PC in safe mode.

If possible, share a short screen recording or describe the steps that lead to the freeze so I can check it further.
