InDesign freezes when trying to select font

Whenever I try to change the default font to a different one in InDesign and click on the arrow my file just freezes and the only way to shut it down is through the task manager.

Looks like you've the same font duplicated in multiple places - and / or those fonts could be corrupted.

 

What are those fonts?
