Hello Marathi Kala Mandal5FAF,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the "Publish Online" option causing InDesign to freeze. To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?
- Version of InDesign you are using.
- Operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Ventura).
- Is this issue happening with one specific file or with all InDesign files?

If you haven't done so already, I recommend resetting InDesign preferences. This can help resolve unexpected behavior. Here's how to reset your preferences:
Windows: Start InDesign and immediately press 'Ctrl + Alt + Shift'.
You can find more details on resetting preferences here: [Reset InDesign Preferences](https://adobe.ly/40K6IjI).

Let me know if this helps or if the issue persists. Your feedback will be helpful for further troubleshooting!

Best,
Abhishek Rao

Hi @Marathi Kala Mandal5FAF,

Thanks for the quick update. Since the issue seems to be specific to a particular InDesign file, it would be helpful if you could share the file with us for further testing.

You can either upload the file here or send it directly to me via a direct message on the community. This will allow us to investigate the issue in more detail and provide a more targeted solution.

Looking forward to your response!

Best,
Abhishek Rao

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
