Indesign freezing/crashing when importing images or going into read mode

Hello! On Windows 11, and the latest version of InDesign.
As stated in the title, it freezes/crashes when importing images or going into read mode.

Things I've tried:

- Resetting preferences

- Reinstalling InDesign

- Exporting the problem file to a different format
(Plus a number of other things that I can't remember the specifics of anymore, sorry)

Is there anything else I can try to fix this?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you confirm if it's happening while placing the image or while dragging and dropping the image? Is this happening with a specific file or format?
