InDesign Freezing on Close

I have two users that are reporting that InDesign is crashing when it closes. The document saves fine and doesn't crash during use but freezes when it is closed. Task Manager is required to end the task. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling while removing preferences already. Other Adobe apps close fine.
