InDesign Freezing on Windows 11 Startup

hello everyone .. i have a problem with indesign on windows 11 .. suddenly indesign doesnt work .. it loaded untill it gets to blank spread and then it freezes completely .. i tried to remove and download it several times with different versions and the same issue happens.

The complete list of fixes is the best resource, but one quick point: InDesign requires at least 16GB of RAM to function. If you're loading it on a system with less memory, it might freeze as you've noted.

As they said they tried downloading and installing it several times - the Creative Cloud Tool is the best resource to completely uninstall the software and do a fresh install.

Reinstalling rarely fixes everything - you can do a complete reinstall using the
Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
