INDESIGN - FUSION DE DONNEES - PB AVEC CERTAINES PHOTOS SEULEMENT

Bonjour, 

Je travaille avec l'outil fusion de donnée et lorsque je génère mes enregistrements, certaines photos ne fusionnent pas. Les photos sont toutes dans le dossier contenant le csv, les noms sont bons car le nom est créée de façon automatique. La seule différence que j'ai constaté vient de l'origine des photos. En effet, les seules photos qui ne fusionnent pas viennent de whats'app ! 

Avez-vous déjà eu ce type de problème ? Une petite idée pour m'aider ?

    J'ai importé un fichier Access en Csv sur indesign pour fusionner les données,le problème est que les photos ne s'affichent pas. Pouvez vous m'aider svp.merci beaucoup.

    Photos need to be in a folder and the excel file needs to be formated in a certain way.

      Hi Mamizette,

      what is the image type of the problem images? PNGs or JPEGs? Something else?

      What exactly will happen during the data merge process?

      Are you getting an error message? Are some images simply missing in the resulting InDesign document?

       

      Can you open the problem images in PhotoShop and see something special?

      If PhotoShop can open the images I would do that and save them to a new name.
