INDESIGN GLITCHING

Question

Im using an Acer Laptop, I have all the neccessary system requirements the only thing I dont have is an the supported video adaptor - 32 bit video card - would this be causing my problems?

Indesign keeps glitching everytime I try and move an object. image anything around the page it flashes on and off and goes black and sometimes has lines through it - makes trying to do anything extremely difficult. Please help.

Hey -

Sounds odd - can you give us your complete computer specs?

In Preferences can you check the option for Live Drawing

See if changing the options here to something else has an impact

Try resetting your preferences:
The easiest way to reset everything is to delete the InDesign preferences: as soon as InDesign starts to boot hold down Shift, Alt, Ctrl (and Apple/Cmd if working on a Macintosh). A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
