Indesign hangs when exporting epub with 91 endnotes

Is it true that I cannot do anything about this?

The file I'm working on has 91 endnotes. I tried exporting it and Indesign just hangs. I tried doing the first 20 endnotes and it worked, is there a limit with how many endnotes I can export?

I tried deleting periods at the end of the endnotes and it worked for the first 20 but now it doesn't.

Please help me! I've attached the IDML of the book, don't mind the mess of the flow as I am focusing on how to make the endnotes work.:(

Endnotes and footnotes are often glitchy when exported to EPUB, especially if they originated in Word.

The basic fixes I know of are —

Save the doc to IDML, open and save as INDD under a new name. Try the export immediately on opening, before any editing or other operations are done. Since you know to upload IDML here, you may have already gone through this cycle.
Check all the end notes for variations, especially character styles, accented characters and the like. They all should be clean, plain text with a common paragraph style and only squeaky-clean character formatting. Use manual cleanup and formatting after generation if needed, or fix the note before saving and exporting.
It sometimes seems to be a system memory issue; how much RAM does your system have? I seem to recall docs with a large number of footnotes or endnotes hanging up at some arbitrary point (20, for you) simply because the export operation runs out of working memory.
