Indesign HUGE ISSUE Liquid Layout has a Mind of its own

Im on a tight deadline to publish 360 versions of the same design for newsprint,

Adobe Liquid Layout Rules keeps resetting to object-based for some elements, and I set them to scale constantly and it reverts back to Object-based like it has a mind of its own.

I really need my textboxes to resize in proportion and SCALE did just fine, everytime i set it scale, a few clicks later it resets to object-based like wtf.
