InDesign hyperlink (link to page) not working once PDF

Hi everyone,

I am using InDesign CC 2017.1

I've successfully created a similar document with no issues but for some reason this time, I have issues. I've checked my last file and all appears to be set up the same. I have also been reading quite a few support files to see if I could find a solution... but no luck yet, so here goes.

1) I have created 'hyperlinks' in a document that are meant to act like buttons linking to a page within the document.

2) Once converted to PDF these links are not working, yet the hand curser is changing to indicate a link.

I have tried exporting it as a print PDF with hyperlinks selected. This was mentioned in other threads but has not worked for me.

Any clues anyone?

Thank you

Rebecca

Where are you checking this PDF?

Hi Bob, I have checked it in Adobe Acrobat Pro (my clients also reported the same issue but I am not sure how they are checking it).

Thanks,

Rebecca

Did you try Interactive PDF? Is it just this one document or all documents?

What if you open it in CC2018 and export from there?
