InDesign interactive pop-up not working when exporting to PDF

Hi,

I have a 95 page InDesign document with navigation throughout.  The navigation works on all pages except from one page - where I have interactive pop up text boxes.  On this page, the navigation that works fine on all other pages, doesn't work on this particular page when I export to PDF.

When I export said page on its own, the interactive elements work as they should... just not when it's saved as part of the whole document.

Any help would be appreciated

Impossible to answer without seeing the document/page. If your 'interactive pop up' works, that is a wonder alone in PDF. It can work with a show/hide button action only in PDF. But if that 'pop up' for some reason is on top of your mavigation (like when you show, it is on top) it can break things.

I wouldn't even attempt to do something like that in a PDF. It's too unpredictable as you've already discovered. As Frans say, we need to see the document to even guess on this one.
